Description

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to support product and leadership decisions.
  • Define and track product health metrics such as adoption, retention, and support load.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust.
  • Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to keep collaboration aligned.
  • Drive coordination with Support, Compliance, Legal, and Finance on product initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end process for product releases, including launch readiness across Marketing, Client Comms, and Sales.
  • Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews.
  • Manage change communications and ensure downstream teams have the information they need.
  • Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows across planning, documentation, and reviews.
  • Build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment.
  • Strong data skills, including SQL or equivalent proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to solve organizational friction through process and tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, remote environment and own projects end-to-end.
  • Prior experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment.
  • Experience aligning operations across Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Ability to identify underlying business problems and investigate solutions systematically.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret and challenge data effectively.
  • Understanding of how agile product organizations operate and how to optimize internal processes.
  • Bias to action and the ability to keep projects moving with minimal supervision.
