Description

  • Drive new mobile feature delivery end-to-end from implementation through launch and continuous iteration.
  • Write and maintain a full unit test suite for mobile applications.
  • Help manage deployments and set up CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to translate business requirements into actionable development work.
  • Write performant, scalable, and testable code using modern development tools and practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold clean code and sound architecture.
  • Contribute to engineering design sessions with evidence-based input.
  • Balance speed and quality while focusing on tangible results.
  • Participate in the interview process to help raise the technical bar and hire new talent.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience building and delivering complex systems to production.
  • Strong experience developing and shipping mobile applications used by real customers.
  • Hands-on production experience with React Native and Flutter.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart.
  • Experience with cross-platform mobile architecture, state management, navigation, and responsive UI design.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with App Store and Google Play release processes.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
  • Experience working in Scrum and Agile teams.
  • Proven ability to own feature development from requirements to delivery with realistic timelines.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills and at least B2 English level.
  • Ability to write and maintain technical and supporting documentation.
