Description

  • Drive new feature delivery end to end, from implementation through launch and continuous iteration.
  • Help manage deployments and set up CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to translate business requirements into actionable development code.
  • Write testable code using modern tools and practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain clean code and solid architecture.
  • Contribute to engineering design sessions with evidence-based input.
  • Balance speed and quality while focusing on tangible results.
  • Work closely with product managers and partners to build products and solve product challenges.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a minimum B2 level of English.
  • Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles.
  • Track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines.
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
  • Comfortable writing supporting documentation.
  • Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Node.js, Express.js, or Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with one or more API technologies: GraphQL or REST APIs.
  • Experience with one or more data stores: PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Working knowledge of the GCP stack.
  • Experience with one or more deployment tools: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
  • Healthcare experience or projects, ideally for U.S.-based companies, is preferred.
  • Desired experience with Docker, sockets, mobile-first web, or Bun.
