Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to prospective clients to help them choose suitable health plans.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to resolution.
  • Record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system.
  • Support customer acquisition by engaging inbound prospects and encouraging them to purchase health insurance products or use company services.
  • Maintain a solution-driven approach while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform well in fast-paced environments.
  • A medical background in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, or Microbiology is an added advantage.
