Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in French with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Provide accurate information in French to prospective clients to help them choose suitable health plans.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Accurately record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system.
  • Support customer acquisition by engaging French-speaking inbound prospects and encouraging them to purchase health insurance products or use company services.
  • Maintain a solution-driven approach when supporting customers and stakeholders across francophone markets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC or have a valid exemption letter.
  • Ability to communicate confidently in French, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform well in fast-paced environments.
  • A medical background such as Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, or Microbiology is an added advantage.
