Description

  • Answer inbound calls and discuss loan products, prequalification criteria, and next steps.
  • Communicate loan progress clearly and collect required documentation.
  • Make outbound sales calls to generate new business and strengthen customer retention.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion and cycle-time goals.
  • Guide clients from their initial conversation through closing.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Processing teams to coordinate the loan process.
  • Provide proactive communication and uphold service-level commitments.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven performance and client-trust record.
  • Current NMLS mortgage loan originator license.
  • Hands-on experience originating a broad range of loan products.
  • Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products.
  • Knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including fair lending, privacy, RESPA, and TILA.
  • Excellent phone sales, communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and demonstrate coachability, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
  • Missouri residency is required for this remote role.
