Description

  • Provide consistently excellent customer service across all customer service channels.
  • Deliver a customer-first experience that builds long-term customer loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals and case volume expectations.
  • Assist customers with shopping by acting as a stylist, friend, and personal assistant.
  • Understand shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to process orders efficiently.
  • Share customer and product feedback with internal teams including Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development.
  • Gain exposure to different parts of the business while supporting broader team needs.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule availability in June for a seasonal part-time role.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when customer demand is highest.
  • Part-time availability of 8–29 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts required.
  • Strong communication skills across email, text, and chat.
  • High empathy, judgment, patience, and level-headedness when applying company policies.
  • Able to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks and time effectively.
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a constantly changing environment.
  • Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Kustomer and Google Suite is preferred.
  • Passion for Reformation’s mission and products.

  • Hourly wage of $17.60–$18.65, depending on location, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
