Description

  • Respond to warm inbound leads and monitor inbound call queues.
  • Manage and prioritize an individual lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and consistent progression of prospects.
  • Conduct client consultations and establish rapport through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Present REE Medical’s services and value proposition clearly and compliantly.
  • Assess disability severity and symptom progression using REE tools.
  • Handle objections while maintaining urgency and guiding clients through the decision-making process.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams to support accurate invoice processing.
  • Participate in coaching and training activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales or B2C sales experience.
  • Experience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with phone-based work and frequent outbound/inbound calling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in medical, healthcare, or VA-related sales is preferred.
  • Veteran community experience is preferred.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience is preferred.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. as a full-time employee; visa sponsorship is not provided.
