Description

  • Act as the client’s advocate and case manager throughout the full case lifecycle.
  • Explain the process, expectations, and timelines to new clients and manage smooth handoffs from intake to navigation.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication through calls, emails, and check-ins.
  • Coordinate case activities, documentation, and workflow across departments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Services, Client Review, and Health Information Management to move cases forward.
  • Track each case stage to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate records while safeguarding personal and health information in line with privacy regulations.
  • Identify delays or barriers early and work with leadership to resolve issues.
  • Support clients through sensitive or emotionally challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide feedback and contribute to process improvements and client experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in case management, client coordination, or administrative support in a medical, healthcare, or service-oriented organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using multiple systems such as Salesforce, ZoHo, Slack, and Teams.
  • Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and communication skills in sensitive or complex client situations.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Experience supporting the veteran community or VA processes is a strong plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. as a full-time employee; no visa sponsorship is provided.
