Description

  • Demonstrate Redwood products and services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and live product overviews.
  • Support Account Executives with insights and feedback to help drive new account acquisition.
  • Meet with clients for sales presentations and discovery appointments.
  • Lead evaluations for new accounts to validate use cases and business outcomes.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and deepen platform knowledge.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and professional representation of the company.
  • Build relationships across the team and company to meet customer needs and overcome selling obstacles.
  • Track, measure, and communicate progress against goals and objectives.
  • Adapt priorities and handle complex, changing requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience in a pre-sales consulting role, preferably in enterprise software solutions such as process automation, ERP, data integration, MDM, business intelligence, ESB, or databases.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Professional Services.
  • High-level understanding of organizational structures in large enterprises and their common challenges.
  • High-level understanding of ERP solutions, including Financials, Procure to Pay, Plan to Build, Quote to Cash, Reporting, and Data Quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to present products or services and create detailed presentations covering product information, pricing, and benefits.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to plan and prioritize effectively.
  • Initiative, confidence, a winning attitude, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales or related consulting is preferred.
