Description

  • Decompose complex data and business problems into specifications that AI agents can implement directly.
  • Design and maintain a repeatable migration pipeline from mirrored Oracle schemas to a single PostgreSQL environment.
  • Implement automated reconciliation checks using checksums, financial control totals, and row counts to support government acceptance evidence.
  • Investigate legacy PL/SQL packages and triggers to extract and document critical business rules.
  • Develop transactional schemas with Prisma and build CDC workflows into analytics stores.
  • Build full-stack vertical slices, including React admin UIs and Node.js API endpoints.
  • Apply behavioral validation methods to confirm migrated processes match legacy system pricing and processing.
  • Review all agent-generated code to ensure compliance with federal financial standards.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance.
  • 7+ years of experience building and operating production data systems.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience with relational data systems, including schema design, migration, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to read and reason about PL/SQL and legacy database logic.
  • Professional fluency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Experience with AWS and CI/CD fundamentals.
  • Experience with Oracle to PostgreSQL migrations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytics data modeling and replacing legacy reporting systems like Cognos is preferred.
  • Background in financial data systems or highly regulated government environments is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS GovCloud, CDK, and containerized deployments such as EKS or ECS is preferred.
  • Experience with data-quality tooling and synthetic data generation is preferred.
  • Experience with FedRAMP, RMF, or other government compliance programs is preferred.
