Description

  • Design and build custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps for complex government workflows.
  • Develop and optimize automated workflows in Power Automate for approvals, system integrations, and data transformations.
  • Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to provide actionable program insights.
  • Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments for secure collaboration and document management.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and technical support for deployed enterprise solutions.

Requirements

  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, including custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center.
  • Experience building automated Power Automate flows with error handling and monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in GCC or GCC High Microsoft 365 environments is preferred.
  • Front-end development skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React are preferred.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft Graph API is preferred.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or AI/ML integrations in Power Platform apps is preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, or PL-400 are preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipelines is preferred.
