Description

  • Decompose complex data and business problems into implementation-ready specifications for AI agents.
  • Design and maintain a repeatable migration pipeline from legacy Oracle schemas to a modern PostgreSQL environment.
  • Implement automated reconciliation controls, including checksums, financial control totals, and row counts, to support acceptance evidence.
  • Investigate legacy PL/SQL packages and triggers to identify and document core business rules.
  • Develop transactional schemas with Prisma and design change data capture workflows into analytics stores.
  • Build end-to-end capability slices, including React admin interfaces and Node.js API endpoints.
  • Validate migrated systems using golden-master behavioral checks to confirm equivalent processing and pricing behavior.
  • Review all agent-generated code to ensure compliance with federal financial standards.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance.
  • 3+ years of experience building and operating production data systems.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience with relational data systems, including schema design, migration, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to read and reason about PL/SQL and legacy database logic.
  • Professional fluency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Experience with AWS and CI/CD fundamentals.
  • Experience with Oracle-to-PostgreSQL or other heterogeneous migrations preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytics data modeling and replacing legacy reporting platforms such as Cognos preferred.
  • Background in financial data systems or highly regulated federal audit environments preferred.
  • Experience with AWS GovCloud, CDK, and containerized deployments such as EKS or ECS preferred.
  • Experience with data-quality tooling and synthetic data generation preferred.
  • Prior work in regulated government environments such as FedRAMP, RMF, or IL-specific programs preferred.
