Description

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the user base and strengthen communities.
  • Design and run experiments to improve content supply, community density, contribution, discovery, engagement, and user growth.
  • Translate successful experiments into repeatable playbooks, processes, and recommendations that can scale across markets.
  • Monitor growth and ecosystem metrics such as DAU, contribution, content supply, community health, and retention.
  • Analyze performance trends and define measurement frameworks for experiments and scaled programs.
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Community teams to shape priorities and scale initiatives.
  • Build evidence from experimentation to influence cross-functional investment and product development.
  • Identify which growth approaches require local adaptation versus broad scaling.
  • Work independently to move initiatives forward in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in user growth, product operations, or market expansion.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing growth initiatives at scale.
  • Strong entrepreneurial instincts and hands-on execution skills.
  • Ability to make progress independently in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel modeling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience creating scalable processes and automations.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to distinguish market-specific issues from repeatable growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills across global teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution.
  • Comfort balancing opportunities across US and international markets and prioritizing by impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance.
