Description

  • Identify user and local moderator challenges and market opportunities in the French market.
  • Build and scale the consumer growth playbook by proposing new ideas, programs, and process improvements.
  • Develop plans to cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local moderator community.
  • Create and manage a conversion funnel to onboard power users and external creators into active moderators.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to improve the international consumer growth playbook.
  • Analyze data, define KPIs, and execute community initiatives that inform local market strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and Business Development teams.
  • Foster relationships with local volunteer moderators and other community stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting.
  • Track record of community-led projects that drove business impact.
  • Deep knowledge of French culture, including current events, politics, customs, traditions, language, interests, and taboos.
  • Strong understanding of France’s digital landscape and internet culture.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Ability to communicate succinctly and persuasively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong execution skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to frame problems, test hypotheses, and iterate on process improvements.
  • Open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland for this contract role.
