Description

  • Define and execute the company’s go-to-market, growth, and revenue generation strategy.
  • Lead demand generation across Customer Success Directors, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Marketing, aligning goals and performance metrics.
  • Identify and open new markets and business verticals.
  • Build a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities and drive revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, technology partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze business and performance metrics to optimize growth tactics, including conversion, churn, LTV, and CAC.
  • Lead Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success Directors with clear priorities, metrics, and execution accountability.
  • Own customer experience strategy and actions that improve account growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery to ensure commercial proposals are executed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in roles such as Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Growth, Head of Revenue, Commercial Director, Country Manager, or similar.
  • Strong track record in B2B software or technology services companies.
  • Demonstrated success generating new revenue and opening new markets.
  • Solid background in commercial strategy, business development, and results-oriented marketing.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary, senior teams in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and analytics for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a focus on scaling.
  • Hands-on, situational leadership with the ability to prioritize in complex environments.
  • Background in technology, engineering, or related disciplines is desirable.
  • Additional studies in fintech, AI, digital transformation, or growth are valued.
