Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, high-quality REST APIs.
  • Develop software using Agile/Scrum methodologies and deliver features that meet defined acceptance criteria.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents and bugs across their full lifecycle.
  • Read and understand existing code to grasp context before proposing changes or improvements.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including refinements, planning sessions, and reviews.
  • Research and learn new or unfamiliar problems and propose solid, sustainable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate to ensure deliveries are completed on time and in the expected form.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or have completed a degree in Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in production environments.
  • Ability to write clean, clear, descriptive, and maintainable code.
  • Experience using unit tests and building solutions that are maintainable and scalable without unnecessary complexity.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand problems before solving them, evaluate alternatives, and make sound technical decisions.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Careful review of user stories and acceptance criteria, with the ability to raise questions during refinement.
