Description

  • Verify insurance coverage and follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
  • Schedule appointments, contact patients, and manage follow-up communications.
  • Collect and post payments and record receipts accurately.
  • Review aging reports to help ensure claims are paid properly.
  • Submit dental claims to insurance companies online, by mail, and by fax.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, productivity, responsibility, reliability, integrity, and competence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Reliable internet connection is required.
  • Must not be using PLDT internet services and must be willing to switch to Converge or another provider excluding PLDT.
  • Must be willing to use a time tracker.
  • Remote availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST).
