Description

  • Own the full development lifecycle of features from database design and backend APIs to agent logic and Vue frontend implementation.
  • Design and maintain scalable, reliable systems using distributed, event-driven architectures.
  • Build and orchestrate workflows using Temporal or similar workflow orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop and integrate LLM-powered agents using ReAct patterns, skill-based architectures, and MCP tool integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across services.
  • Deploy and manage applications on GCP following cloud architecture best practices.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Go and Python development.
  • Proven ability to build and own systems end-to-end, including database, API, and frontend work.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal.
  • Experience with LLM/agent frameworks, including ReAct patterns, skill architectures, and MCP-style structured tool protocols.
  • Familiarity with GCP and cloud-native development.
  • Experience building LLM agent evaluations and improving prompt reliability through eval harnesses, golden-output testing, and failure-mode analysis.
  • Comfort working with HIPAA-adjacent / PHI data, including medical records and litigation files, with basic data-handling and audit-logging hygiene.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Must have own equipment.
  • Experience in healthcare or legal tech is a plus.
