Description

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for marketing and sales outreach, routing, and engagement.
  • Architect integrations between marketing platforms, Salesforce CRM, and specialized GTM tools.
  • Use tools such as Zapier to automate manual processes and keep data flowing in real time across the GTM stack.
  • Build and manage data enrichment waterfalls using tools like Clay, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.
  • Use APIs and webhooks to ingest buying signals, intent data, and firmographic data into automated GTM plays.
  • Apply generative AI tools such as OpenAI and Anthropic to scale personalized outbound messaging.
  • Maintain data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Oversee lead deduplication, routing, scoring, and audience segmentation processes.
  • Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, and data teams to centralize data and strengthen marketing infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, sync issues, and API failures while providing technical enablement to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM systems, or a related analytical field in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years working with modern GTM automation and enrichment tools, such as Clay.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling outbound GTM campaigns, including list building, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and activation across systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Zapier or custom API/webhook connections for advanced workflow automation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of marketing-sales alignment.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for handling and manipulating complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical workflows into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience writing custom scripts in Python, JavaScript, or SQL for advanced data manipulation and scraping.
  • Proven experience integrating LLMs and generative AI into outbound marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics and intent data platforms, such as 6sense or Hockeystack.

  • Base salary range of $92,000 to $137,500.
