Description

  • Surface and develop qualified sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Work with inbound marketing to cultivate and nurture customer and prospect relationships.
  • Execute outbound prospecting techniques and qualify leads to meet or exceed monthly goals.
  • Log sales activity consistently and reliably in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Hunt for new customers with disciplined, consistent outreach and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Full professional working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (required).
  • Desire to pursue a career in sales and openness to coaching and mentoring.
  • Demonstrated success interacting with prospects by phone, including leading, persuading, and overcoming prospecting obstacles.
  • Strong presence and interpersonal skills with confidence and discipline to prospect independently.
  • Willingness and ability to consistently log activity and work with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Ability to take direction and adapt based on coaching and feedback.

Benefits

  • Base salary range $55,500 - $78,000 (U.S. new hire range; individual pay varies by location and factors).
  • Position may be eligible for incentive compensation and equity.
