Description

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and shape user experiences.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, form hypotheses, and design data-driven experiments to validate them.
  • Translate research findings and analytics into product decisions.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, iteration, and UX writing/design quality.
  • Contribute to the design system by maintaining and expanding it as the product evolves.
  • Collaborate with writers, frontend engineers, and DesignOps across the UX team.
  • Raise design quality across UI, usability, and interaction patterns.
  • Document design processes and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Design, ideally within the Brazilian financial ecosystem.
  • Strong grasp of the end-to-end design process, with emphasis on fast prototyping and experimentation.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities, create experiments, and define success metrics collaboratively.
  • Fluency with AI tools as part of the daily design workflow.
  • Clear communication with cross-functional teams, especially engineering.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and multi-device UX.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, interdisciplinary environments.
  • Ability to present and defend design decisions to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Owner mentality with a business-oriented, data-driven, accountable approach.
  • Practical familiarity with financial domains such as lending, payments, credit cards, open finance, fraud prevention, merchant acquiring, or investment services (desirable).
  • Experience delivering solutions for loan origination, payment processing, open finance, fraud detection, or financial reporting/reconciliation (preferred).
  • Ability to translate compliance requirements such as KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, and GDPR into resilient product experiences (strong asset).
