Description

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of the React/Next.js frontend and Node.js/GraphQL microservices.
  • Drive performance initiatives to improve Core Web Vitals and server-side rendering strategies.
  • Lead the integration of AI coding assistants and LLMs into the software development lifecycle.
  • Verify AI-generated code for security, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Design to operationalize machine learning models and predictive analytics in the user experience.
  • Set technical standards for how search results are delivered at scale.
  • Balance hands-on development with high-level system design for resilient and performant systems.
  • Mentor engineers and raise team quality through code reviews, RFCs, and leadership.
  • Contribute to automated deployment, instant provisioning, and a friction-reducing developer toolchain.
  • Support experimentation and analysis through A/B testing frameworks and traffic data insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, including 8+ years in modern technology stacks.
  • Deep focus on SEO-friendly React architectures and distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud-native design using AWS EC2, ECS, Lambda, and S3.
  • Experience with modern data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of automated deployment and instant provisioning.
  • Experience building developer toolchains that minimize friction.
  • Professional experience implementing complex A/B testing frameworks.
  • Experience deriving actionable insights from high-volume traffic data.
  • Natural leadership ability with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a high-traffic or scale-focused environment is preferred.
