Description

  • Guide ideation and creative development for client projects, business development, and corporate marketing needs.
  • Provide quality assurance for all related design deliverables.
  • Manage, lead, and direct promotional art projects.
  • Assess client needs and develop innovative multimedia solutions.
  • Develop and maintain new technology to support agency competitiveness.
  • Create work breakdown structures and budgets for complex deliverables.
  • Communicate clearly in both oral and written formats.
  • Supervise, train, organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments when needed.
  • Translate strategic ideas into polished deliverables and present them to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in arts, graphic arts, a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Master’s degree in Digital Media, Electronic Visualization, Visual Arts, Computer Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of professional art/design/creative writing experience.
  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating relevant experience is required.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of how to integrate copy with art and layouts.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate strategy into polished deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and strong prioritization skills are preferred traits.
