Description

  • Support the Integrated Planning team with campaign research, strategy, tactical recommendations, partner relationships, POVs, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Own and update flowcharts and budget documents across multiple clients and brands.
  • Develop media plans and oversee campaign execution across programmatic, social, and search channels.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for media and direct buys.
  • Steward financial operations and ensure campaigns are executed to plan and within budget.
  • Support project management by tracking deliverables, timelines, and project status.
  • Lead internal status meetings and own media strategy updates.
  • Research client audiences and competitive landscapes using planning tools.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and SMEs to deliver integrated client solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital media, ideally supporting direct buys.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising or Marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations.
  • General understanding of the digital marketplace and on- and offline media relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as Prisma, ComScore, Kantar, Pathmatics, or Telmar is a plus.
  • Prior healthcare or pharmaceutical client experience is highly useful but not required.
  • Curiosity about leveraging data for audience planning or familiarity with major data providers and audience targeting solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
