Description

  • Lead client relationships across entertainment, culture, and influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns end to end, including talent identification, outreach, negotiation, legal approvals, execution, and measurement.
  • Manage entertainment, cultural, and influencer marketing campaigns across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Develop creative, culturally relevant campaign strategies that go beyond traditional sponsored content.
  • Lead client communications and participate in meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
  • Serve as a contributor to business development opportunities, pitches, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent agencies, managers, publicists, and entertainment industry partners.
  • Create and lead influencer or talent advisory boards where applicable.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure workstreams are integrated into larger campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor team members, sharing influencer best practices and improving strategic capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client service, influencer marketing, entertainment marketing, and talent procurement.
  • Proven experience developing and executing talent and influencer marketing strategies, including measurement and integrated campaign planning.
  • Experience working on influencer marketing campaigns targeting Latino/Hispanic American consumers.
  • Deep understanding of pop culture, entertainment, and cultural marketing trends.
  • Strong relationships with talent agencies, managers, publicists, and influencers.
  • Experience negotiating talent agreements and managing campaign budgets.
  • Familiarity with FTC guidelines, SAG requirements, and industry compliance standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and client-facing communication.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong relationship-building and team management skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience integrating paid social media strategies into influencer and brand campaigns.
  • Fluency in Spanish to a level that supports business negotiations with talent teams (preferred).
