Description

  • Lead creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts.
  • Write complete narratives in different voices for client and audience needs.
  • Partner with the ACD and Art team to produce standout, strategically focused campaigns and experiences.
  • Identify and interview prospective creative candidates.
  • Manage teams, creative output, and client relationships.
  • Develop concepts and oversee campaign execution aligned with client strategy.
  • Oversee day-to-day team deliverables under tight deadlines while delivering best-in-class work.
  • Mentor teams internally and externally.
  • Manage awards submissions and brand case studies.
  • Participate in high-level projects and new business pitches.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of healthcare/pharma experience in an agency environment.
  • Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
  • Demonstrated record of creative ability and sound judgment.
