Description

  • Design and enhance marketing presentations and materials according to project specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Transform complex information into clear, audience-focused presentations using visuals, charts, infographics, and diagrams.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads and project stakeholders to align deliverables with client goals.
  • Apply feedback and implement project changes based on lead direction.
  • Manage production schedules, track project hours, and coordinate multiple requests under tight deadlines.
  • Create and apply PowerPoint animations, transitions, and motion effects to support storytelling.
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, quality assurance, and corporate brand compliance across deliverables.
  • Stay current with emerging presentation technologies and cross-platform compatibility requirements.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide creation, formatting, and template management.
  • Strong presentation design skills and knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and information hierarchy.
  • Experience creating graphics, icons, diagrams, charts, infographics, and other visual elements.
  • Expertise with PowerPoint animations, transitions, and motion effects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Excel and Word, accessibility standards, data visualization, and interactive presentation elements (preferred).
  • Adaptability, initiative, prioritization skills, and interest in practical, responsible AI adoption.
