Description

  • Design real estate marketing materials, including broker opinion of value proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, flyers, postcards, and financial information.
  • Create graphics incorporating text, numerical data, maps, and infographics.
  • Present designs to business partners, gather feedback, and revise materials.
  • Develop and apply branding and design elements for custom property marketing.
  • Select and use appropriate color palettes, photography, typography, and other visual elements.
  • Collaborate with research, email, digital marketing, and Global Production Operations teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Coordinate project tasks, deliverables, timelines, and listing-related marketing activities.
  • Support escrow, closing, and other transaction processes through timely communication and execution.
  • Monitor current industry trends and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative, design, and technical abilities.
  • Experience with editorial design and formatting medium- to long-length publications.
  • Experience with project management practices and tools such as Monday.com.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects amid changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration, customer service, expectation-management, and client-focused problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prepare files for print and digital distribution.
  • Strong computer skills with Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred.
  • Availability to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time supporting an East Coast sales team.
