Description

  • Own art direction and design across digital tactics including websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages, and emails for branded and unbranded HCP clients.
  • Translate scientific information into compelling, memorable messages for healthcare campaigns.
  • Champion creative thinking that advances campaign strategy and brand personality.
  • Prepare client copy approval materials, including AMA-style references and annotations, without supervision.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Developers, Account teams, and Strategy teams from project initiation through digital deployment.
  • Lead multiple projects independently, including work across different brands or industries.
  • Present creative work clearly and confidently to clients and internal team members.
  • Serve as a brand steward and category champion with a deep understanding of the brand and its differentiation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of healthcare/pharmaceutical art direction and design experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry within an agency setting required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS required.
  • Other relevant design software experience is a plus.
  • Portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples required.
  • College degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to adapt scope and focus as business needs change.
  • Proactive, driven, and resourceful approach with attention to data.
  • Hybrid work eligibility in a U.S. office or remote within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.
