Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and day-to-day operations.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to review progress and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Oversee project deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Use data, innovation, and responsible AI adoption to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of account management experience.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations, including FDA guidelines.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in using data and AI to inform decisions; experience with AI adoption is preferred.
