Description

  • Translate product leadership goals and priorities into clear, buildable specifications with defined requirements and success criteria.
  • Lead engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders day to day from problem definition through launch.
  • Run standups, track work, unblock the team, and keep delivery moving.
  • Manage scope, timelines, and dependencies while surfacing risks early and keeping leadership informed on trade-offs.
  • Partner with QA and engineering to test thoroughly and maintain quality standards before release.
  • Pressure-test product ideas with users, prototypes, and data, and bring well-formed proposals to leadership.
  • Define, instrument, and report on metrics to assess whether shipped work moved the intended outcomes.
  • Communicate status, blockers, and results clearly to partner teams and leadership.
  • Escalate the right issues at the right time to keep cross-functional work aligned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management or an adjacent role such as engineering, design, product operations, or program management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to keep complex, multi-person work on track.
  • Genuine user empathy and developing product sense.
  • Comfortable working with data, including reading metrics and identifying when something is not working.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clearly and align cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and modern product tooling.
  • Low-ego, high-ownership mindset and eagerness to learn from senior PMs and leadership.
  • Preferred: reliable execution, ability to ship work on time without dropping details.
  • Preferred: ability to spot opportunities and make evidence-based product cases.
  • Preferred: empathetic collaboration across engineering, design, and QA.
  • Preferred: growth-oriented mindset and interest in broader product ownership over time.
  • Preferred: impact-driven approach with strong problem-solving and trade-off judgment.
