Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for selected key partners and resolve complex service issues.
  • Monitor cases in the CRM, identify stalled issues, and intervene proactively.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and follow up on service satisfaction.
  • Track service metrics using Tableau, SQL, and reporting dashboards.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate partner needs internally.
  • Collaborate with operations, support, and technology teams to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Advanced written and spoken English and Malay proficiency.
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, data, dashboards, and service tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and remain results-focused.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under stress.
  • High empathy and strong client-service orientation.
  • Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators preferred.
  • Experience in account management or service management; B2B experience is a plus.
