Description

Execute validation protocols for an automated system, including Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications, and Performance Qualifications.
Support the Method Qualification process from a validation perspective.
Write and revise SOPs and validation documents.
Document customer feedback and incorporate it into validation-related work.
Serve as a technical expert during the sales process.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams across customer support and related functions.
Conduct validation work that requires up to 80% travel across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Maintain professional relationships with customers while supporting project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline.
2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in either Microbiology QC Labs or Validation.
Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience and competence in a range of microbiological methods.
Knowledge of GxPs.
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11.
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Project management experience is a plus.
