Description

  • Develop and maintain core products with a focus on usability, design, and responsiveness.
  • Translate designs from in-house designers and customers into high-quality web experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Project Managers, and designers to deliver customer-facing products.
  • Develop branded prototypes for new features and customer experiences.
  • Engage with clients to plan and execute solutions for branding requirements.
  • Ensure code is maintainable, scalable, responsive, and cross-browser compatible.
  • Apply web accessibility best practices and WCAG standards in applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to high-quality engineering practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors such as SASS.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript and front-end frameworks, particularly React and Svelte.
  • Ability to write maintainable, scalable, responsive, and cross-browser code.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Self-motivated, takes ownership, and brings creative thinking to work.
  • Preferred: Works well in a fast-paced, pivoting environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in client-facing conversations and strategic planning.
  • Preferred: Experience with Web Components.
  • Preferred: Experience with email templating and web page theming.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks.
