Description

  • Support post-sale client implementations as part of the Client Success organization.
  • Work with a Solution Architect to advise on platform configuration best practices.
  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, solution designs, and testing plans.
  • Design and configure RainFocus solutions and train client administrators on tools and processes.
  • Facilitate system design and architecture workshops with clients.
  • Identify platform configuration needs and mitigate implementation risks.
  • Lead solution project calls and product demos with clients.
  • Provide milestone updates, task status, and level-of-effort estimates to project managers and leadership.
  • Balance multiple assignments, track tasks thoroughly, and complete work on time.
  • Contribute to internal implementation tools, processes, and templates, and mentor peers when needed.

Requirements

  • 2-7+ years of software implementation experience for Solution Consultant candidates; 7+ years for Senior Solution Consultant candidates.
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese.
  • Experience delivering SaaS solutions through platform configuration rather than custom development.
  • Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients, including complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to create process efficiencies and measure adoption for internal and client-facing processes.
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure solutions support business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving, improvisation, and independent work skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, challenging, dynamic environment and under pressure.
  • HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON knowledge is optional but preferred.
  • Must be able to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
  • Preferred location in a Japanese-speaking region, including Brazil, Australia, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, or Japan.
