Description

  • Become an expert in the RainFocus platform and related implementation practices.
  • Work with Solution Architects to consult on platform configuration best practices and solution design.
  • Gather client business requirements, workflows, and configuration needs.
  • Facilitate system design and architecture workshops with clients.
  • Configure the RainFocus platform and train client administrators on tools and processes.
  • Document requirements, solution designs, testing plans, milestones, tasks, issues, and risks.
  • Provide project managers with effort estimates, status updates, and implementation risk escalation.
  • Lead solution project calls and demos with clients.
  • Balance priorities across multiple assignments and complete work on time.
  • Contribute to implementation tools, processes, and templates.
  • Mentor and train peers within the Client Success organization.

Requirements

  • 2-7+ years of software implementation experience for Solution Consultant roles; 7+ years for Senior Solution Consultant roles.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Japanese.
  • Experience delivering SaaS solutions through platform configuration rather than custom development.
  • Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients, including gathering and documenting complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to design processes that improve efficiency and measure adoption internally and with clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure solutions support business goals.
  • Track record of delivering innovative and creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and improvise under pressure.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-player mindset; HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON are optional but preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
