Description

  • Become an expert in the RainFocus platform and related products.
  • Train client administrators on RainFocus tools and processes as needed.
  • Configure the RainFocus platform to meet client requirements.
  • Work with clients to identify business requirements and workflows.
  • Facilitate system design and architecture workshops.
  • Identify platform configuration requirements and mitigate implementation risks.
  • Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans.
  • Provide milestone updates, task status, and level-of-effort estimates to project managers.
  • Communicate issues and risks to project managers and leadership.
  • Lead solution project calls and client demos.
  • Balance priorities across multiple assignments and complete work on time.
  • Contribute to implementation tools, processes, and templates.

Requirements

  • 2-7+ years of software implementation experience for Solution Consultant roles, or 7+ years for Senior Solution Consultant roles.
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese.
  • Experience delivering SaaS solutions through platform configuration rather than custom development.
  • Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients, including gathering and documenting complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.
  • Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design and measuring adoption.
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure solutions support business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving, improvisation, and independent work skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
  • Must be located in a Japanese-speaking location, including Brazil, Australia, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, or Japan.
