Description

  • Partner with development teams to deliver new advertising sales applications and future analytics capabilities.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, debugging, tuning, and post-production enhancements.
  • Drive project initiation, scope definition, and planning.
  • Develop and manage project plans, Gantt charts, user stories, staffing plans, and resource plans.
  • Run Scrum meetings, stand-ups, and IPMs while maintaining Agile practices.
  • Track user stories and project progress in a workflow tool throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Build strong working relationships with project sponsors across business and technology teams.
  • Assess project and program status, identify risks, and create mitigation plans.
  • Develop communication protocols, documentation templates, and standard project execution processes.
  • Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions for process and system issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience as a project manager, business analyst, or engineer.
  • Experience in the media entertainment industry with solid knowledge of ad sales.
  • Experience working with story and task-tracking tools for Agile workflows.
  • Ability to assess disparate data streams and turn them into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to move between high-level strategy and day-to-day implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to provide support during non-business hours as needed.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in large, multifaceted, matrixed organizations preferred.
  • Ability to translate business process needs into clear technical requirements preferred.
