Description

  • Assist customers with everyday banking matters and explain complex topics in simple language.
  • Recommend additional banking products and services to customers.
  • Communicate clearly and support clients in resolving their questions and needs.
  • Work effectively with a team while helping a wide range of customers.
  • Learn quickly and handle a large amount of information in a fast-paced banking environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Ukrainian.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to provide your own backup power and stable internet during electricity outages.
  • Willingness to help Raiffeisen Bank customers.
  • Ability to learn quickly and absorb a large amount of information.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with different people.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to explain complex things simply.
