Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and long-term relationships.
  • Provide an excellent support experience for customers across retention-related interactions.
  • Stay on track with performance goals and KPIs.
  • Use proactive engagement and personalized solutions to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate as a team player and lead by example in day-to-day work.
  • Work remotely from a home office and complete occasional travel to Race offices or off-site locations when needed.
  • Support operational continuity by working nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible for U.S. employment without sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, retention, or a related field, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Customer service support or sales experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is required.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, including CRM systems, call center software, and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with telecom products, services, and technology, with a commitment to stay current on industry developments.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Strong English communication skills, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension; bilingual skills are a plus.
