Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting IT-related issues.
  • Provide timely and effective first-line support for technical incidents and requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems following established procedures.
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Collaborate with senior support staff to help resolve customer problems.
  • Maintain a customer-oriented, patient, and friendly support approach.
  • Work shifts and flexible hours as required to support service coverage.
  • Learn and develop IT support skills within a managed services environment.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and a strong interest in IT support.
  • Fluency in Dutch and good communication skills in English.
  • Customer-oriented with a patient and friendly approach.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to learn and develop IT skills.
  • Availability to work shifts and flexible hours as required.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow established procedures accurately.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a bonus but not mandatory.
