Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing IT support.
  • Provide timely and effective assistance for IT-related issues.
  • Work with senior team members to escalate and resolve more complex problems.
  • Follow established procedures accurately when handling support requests.
  • Support customers in a managed services environment.
  • Contribute to resolving incidents while developing technical support skills.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and a strong interest in IT support.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with patience and a friendly manner.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to learn and develop IT skills.
  • Availability to work shifts and flexible hours as required.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a bonus but not mandatory.
