Description

  • Lead front-end code reviews with teammates.
  • Review application structure and design to ensure they follow standards and guidelines.
  • Define and implement practices to keep applications secure and free of vulnerabilities.
  • Solve complex CSS and HTML compatibility issues in legacy browsers.
  • Optimize JavaScript implementations for better performance.
  • Create documentation for UI architecture, interactions, behaviors, and API integrations such as REST and GraphQL.
  • Document and help define functional and technical requirements for applications.
  • Evaluate new frameworks and tools for integration without breaking existing implementations.
  • Implement frontend development workflows, including build systems, dependency management, and linting.
  • Create pattern libraries and style guides aligned to project requirements.
  • Guide performance testing and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with frontend development tools and workflows, including code editors, version control, bundlers, preprocessors, compilers, transpilers, and linters.
  • Knowledge of web security principles and techniques.
  • Understanding of frontend performance optimization methods.
  • Knowledge of frontend web standards and best practices, including responsive design, web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO.
  • Ability to translate business and user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with business architecture concepts and frameworks such as business models, value propositions, customer segments, and value streams.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate architecture vision to different audiences.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with other architects.
  • Leadership skills to inspire the development team.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify architectural challenges.
  • Ability to keep up with evolving technologies.
  • Experience developing and deploying web applications on cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred).
  • Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js (preferred).
  • Contributions to open source projects or active participation in developer communities (preferred).
