  • Own each customer interaction from start to finish, ensuring clarity, care, and confidence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet with 75+ Mbps download and 10+ Mbps upload.
  • Comfortable adopting new digital tools to enhance service.
  • Warm, polished, and authentic communication style that builds customer loyalty.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Ability to stay calm, consistent, and adaptable in a changing environment.
  • Successful completion of a 90-day introductory period is required.
