Description

  • Own each customer interaction from start to finish with clarity, care, and confidence.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and turn challenges into positive experiences.
  • Support customers across chat, email, phone, and social channels.
  • Use internal tools efficiently while maintaining a human, high-touch service experience.
  • Share customer insights and recurring patterns to help improve the overall experience.
  • Become a product expert so you can guide customers authentically.
  • Meet service and quality performance targets, including CSAT, first-contact resolution, QA, and SLA expectations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively in a remote environment while communicating clearly and professionally.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet with at least 75+ Mbps download and 10+ Mbps upload.
  • Ability to complete a 90-day introductory period successfully.
  • Candidates within 50 km of Toronto must work on-site five days per week; candidates beyond 50 km are eligible for remote work.

Benefits

  • $25 CAD per hour starting pay, increasing to $26 CAD per hour after 90 days.
