Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and review other developers’ contributions to ensure quality.
  • Analyze complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and guide architectural decisions across the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train engineers while helping elevate team capability and output.
  • Work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support client and internal stakeholder needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contribute to the company culture and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a healthcare SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering projects or teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile, product-focused, deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing (preferably xUnit).
  • Strong C# experience, including asynchronous and parallel programming and optimization.
  • Deep expertise in cloud development and event-driven architecture, preferably on Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Service Bus, Event Grid, ADLS, API Management, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps, or AWS equivalents.
  • Experience with ORM tools, preferably Dapper or Entity Framework.
  • REST API development experience, including designing, building, and consuming APIs.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.
  • Experience with high-volume data processing in multi-tenant, client-facing environments.
  • Strong SQL Server performance optimization experience, including indexing and query plan analysis.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, preferably Claude, throughout the SDLC is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, or Databricks is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to solve complex issues and work well in a team environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
