Description

  • Own a book of strategic enterprise accounts and act as the primary advisor on customer activation and business value.
  • Drive customer retention and renewal outcomes by proactively managing adoption and risk across accounts.
  • Design and deliver use case–based training, workshops, executive briefings, and tailored enablement programs for enterprise customers.
  • Build monitoring solutions such as dashboards, reports, and alerting to help customers track digital experience performance.
  • Analyze complex quantitative data to surface actionable insights and recommend optimization opportunities across digital and omni-channel experiences.
  • Translate analysis into data-driven guidance that informs customer decision-making and digital strategy.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Quantum Metric platform and serve as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.
  • Contribute thought leadership to vertical playbooks and broader business consulting methodologies.
  • Mentor new hires and peers by coaching, sharing best practices, and supporting customer engagements as needed.
  • Monitor engagement and value realization to identify renewal risks early and execute remediation plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, digital consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex quantitative datasets and turn them into actionable business insights.
  • Experience solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and advisory skills, including comfort serving as a subject matter expert with executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation ability to train audiences of 50+ participants.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple client needs and shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for onsite customer enablement.
  • Experience in Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) accounts, preferred.
  • Experience leading customer activation, retention, or digital adoption initiatives, preferred.
  • Ability to ramp quickly and adapt to new platform capabilities and evolving customer needs.
