Description

  • Own a portfolio of large enterprise retail accounts as the primary advisor on activation and business value.
  • Drive customer retention and renewal outcomes by monitoring adoption, engagement, and account health.
  • Design and deliver use case-based training curricula across enterprise teams to operationalize the platform at scale.
  • Lead advanced sessions, onsite workshops, executive briefings, and workflow integrations with minimal support.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and alerting solutions to monitor customers’ digital experiences.
  • Analyze quantitative data to identify optimization opportunities across digital and omnichannel experiences.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that inform customer decisions and digital strategy.
  • Serve as a product expert who can troubleshoot live with customers and translate platform features into business outcomes.
  • Share best practices, customer wins, and knowledge across teams and the broader organization.
  • Proactively identify renewal risks and develop action plans to address adoption or value gaps.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, digital consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience turning data into business impact.
  • Experience working with large, complex quantitative datasets to uncover actionable insights.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact business challenges in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Client-facing consulting and advisory experience with the ability to build trust at the executive level.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation ability.
  • Ability to train and engage audiences of 50+ participants.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple client needs.
  • Ability to spend up to 10% of the time traveling to customer sites for onsite enablement.
  • Bonus eligible compensation of $90,000-$120,000.
