Description

  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, risks, cost drivers, utilization patterns, and future opportunities.
  • Use advanced analytics and Generative AI to uncover insights into member experience, clinical outcomes, population health, and cost dynamics.
  • Validate findings, investigate anomalies, and ensure data integrity before delivering recommendations.
  • Advise clients and consultant partners on health plan strategy, benefits design, cost management, and member health outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable presentations to clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders.
  • Build trusted client relationships as an analytical support partner and peer advisor.
  • Monitor healthcare, benefits, regulatory, and payer-industry developments that may affect client plans.
  • Collaborate with internal value creation, client engagement, product, technology, actuarial, data, implementation, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop effective GenAI prompts and queries to answer complex healthcare and benefits questions.
  • Protect company and member data in accordance with organizational policies and ethics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in health plan administration, member health population management, consultative, or analytical roles.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting self-funded employer groups in the healthcare space.
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy payer industries, including claims and eligibility data.
  • Experience developing strategies for self-funded employers related to cost management, plan design, and member health outcomes.
  • Proficiency with analytics and data-presentation tools such as Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and proactively address client needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and PC-based administrative tools.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
